Short tips about disassembling a VPCF1 (VPCF 153 ).
There is a good tutorial, below, which may be used to get acquainted to the task.
Also, it was added an important detail when removing the cover, which may be stick in spite of removing all screws due to two locks – see figures below.
It is also shown details about the fan, presenting a severe dirt one, which triggers the fun to run at maximum speed.
If your notebooks is overheating, probably requires to cleaned.
The fan’s details is shown to help finding another similar fan just in case if required to switch a broken fan – sometimes we do not get the original one because this is an old model, but really good one.

#DISASSEMBLING (DESMONTAGEM)
This post is divided into three parts:

#OPENING DETAILS
Remove battery but memory is not necessary, just its cover.
Unscrew all back screws.
Remove DVC and HD.
Pay attention to the locks shown in the figures below.
Use the screwdriver to push them gently back in order to unlock the cover, otherwise it gets stick.
#WIRELESS SETUP
The wireless button must be set in its socket. See the arrow.
#CLOSING
Pay attention that the both front screws are not set, just the back ones.
Why? The cover will use the front positions.
#DIRTY FAN
A very dirty fan coil causing fan’s strong rotation and internal heating.
AVOID IT, AT ALL !!!

#SILICON THERMAL GREASE DETAIL
Check on the picture bottom.
Use silver silicon grease, more expensive, but it is worth it.
